Learn from local youth as you discover strategies and valuable tools to navigate life's challenges. The workshops are hands-on, interactive and provide a fun way to learn evidence-based coping skills.
January: Learn about the T.E.A. Cycle, a cognitive behavioral technique to manage Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions. Identify and challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions by understanding their connection to thoughts, and take intentional actions for success.
