Haunt the Zoo, presented by News 9, returns for its 42nd year at the Oklahoma City Zoo. Trick-or-treaters can visit themed booths displaying an array of family-friendly decorations and elaborate props, perfect for capturing photo moments and collecting treats from candy stations located along the Haunt the Zoo trail.

Haunt the Zoo goers are invited to wear their Halloween costumes. Adults may wear costumes, too, but nothing scary.

The Oklahoma City Zoo is seeking volunteers to assist with this year’s celebration. Volunteers must be 14 or older, and any volunteer under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To learn more about volunteering, visit www.okczoo.org/volunteer.

Haunt the Zoo bags are $9 for ZOOfriends members ($10 for non-members) and include 15 candy tents and 14 photo stops throughout the Zoo. Haunt the Zoo bags are available for purchase in the Guest Services office in the Zoo’s entry plaza. Find more information online at www.okczoo.org.
