Spring Break is almost here, and we’re celebrating with hands-on nature education adventures for kids! Get ready to explore the incredible animals that call Scissortail Park’s ecosystem home through four unforgettable, curiosity-sparked classes at the Boathouse & Lake Tom McDaniel.

Wings in Motion – Learn about the challenges monarchs, bees, and butterflies face, and how we can all help them thrive.

Gone Fishing – Cast a line and learn about aquatic life in the lake.

Pollinator Puddles – Dive into the tiny but mighty world of pollinators.

Creature Feature Friday – Meet the fascinating animals that share our ecosystem. Each class includes a live animal encounter, educational elements, and a take-home craft.
