This event, designed for pet owners and animal lovers alike, offers an exciting lineup of activities, expert resources and low-cost services. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning with a shelter dog walk.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of free activities, including live music, trick-or-treating for children, arts and crafts and face painting. A Howl-o-ween parade and costume contest for pets will be held at noon.
